My wife and I had just a great day. We’ve stayed here a lot of times and been happy every time.
Big Event in the Lone Star State! & no details or information to PARK...all done by an App BUT I am here for a event & there was no Hotel Guide to help Park the car even though it was all part of the Hotel Contract - Took me 37 minutes because the only way to go back to the car & take a Photo ...then return to Front Desk for Validation. ONE STAR SERVICE:/.
I absolutely love this Hotel! The staff is phenomenal, particularly Nate at the front desk. He went out of his way not once but twice to help me. Stay at Plano Granite Park! You will be glad you did.
Love this hotel. Very beautiful and in a great, quiet location. Front desk staff have always been responsive and amazing. Shout out to Nat and Ryan. They were so helpful and went a great extent to ensure we were well taken care of.
