Fantastic staff, service and location
I have stayed at this hotel many times--but this will be the last. To begin with, a constant struggle to maintain toilet paper in the room. When we showed up--1/3 of a roll--that's it. Next day, one roll put in the bathroom counter--no replacement. We ended up pilfering toilet paper from the open supplies closet. But while that was an irritant, the catering manager was inexcusable. We paid for 4 days of parking, but upon returning to the hotel on Sunday night--after my father's wake no less--there wasn't a parking spot avail... read more
I’ve been Hilton Diamond & Bonvoy titanium. Sometimes you find a property that just feels special. This is one of those places. It’s always the people that make it special, but it also has to have a great location and infrastructure. This one of those places Nate at the desk went above and beyond, repeatedly. We all need more Nate.
