The rooms were clean& spacious and amenities on location were good. I did not have a car so the closest supermarket was 25 min away walking distance.
I always stay here when I'm in Cocoa Beach. Very clean and a great location.
The Hilton had a few minor issues getting cups and plates to our room but what made our stay feel 5 star was the customer service that came from Morgan. She made us feel valued and was genuine when dealing with our needs or wants, she even offered to deliver the dishes to our room if they didnt arrive. We had an absolutely awesome experience at the Hilton Cocoa Beach Oceanfront, largely thanks to the exceptional service provided by Morgan at the front desk. Not only was our check in seamless, but Morgan was also instrumental in quickly addressing a couple of issues we encountered, handling everything with a professional and pleasant attitude. Her dedication to guest satisfaction truly made our family stay special, and she deserves recognition from management.
