The king studio was spacious and well maintained, especially for an HGVC property. The bed and linens were very comfortable and clean. The bathroom was modern and the shower had great pressure. Towels could use to be replaced. Location was great and very quiet inside the room. Staff were friendly and helpful. Free coffee bar in the mornings (in addition to the coffee in the room) and bottled water daily.

We stayed in a studio (couch - no pull out). We particularly enjoyed the little reading nook in our room. I would not have minded a slightly larger shower. Much appreciated the black out shades. We traded a city view for very early check-in. The staff at the front desk provided helpful suggestions for local vegan food and were consistently polite and professional as were the doormen. We had a wonderful stay at The Quinn while my daughter was performing at Carnegie Hall. We arrived around 1:30 p.m. expecting to wait until 4:00 for check-in, but our room was ready, and they happily let us check in early. That made such a difference after a busy morning of rehearsals. The staff was friendly from start to finish. The front desk, doormen, and everyone we interacted with were welcoming and helpful. They also stored our luggage after checkout, accommodated our late checkout request, and even lent us an umbrella... read more
