Well maintained luxury accommodations in the heart of Manhattan. Close to several shopping, dining and entertainment venues. The staff are friendly, professional and are ready to assist you with information or suggestions. Subway entrances are within walking distance as well.

This hotel manager is not helping me. I made a reservation for December and it is now August and I’m trying to cancel and they are being unaccommodating and generally mean and hing up on me because I requested a refund for a reservation that is 4 months out. Where is the empathy?!?! I told them I could no longer travel due to unforeseen circumstances and they basically said sorry and hung up on me.’if this is how they treat people I wouldn’t recommend

This hotel will not let me cancel my reservation for a refund. I need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances.The booking was for December it is now August and they will not let me cancel foe a refund. This is a billion dollar corporation that is nickel and dime-ing a consumer that’s unfortunate that they would treat a himan being this way. There isn’t any empathy in the hospitality business I contacted the “manager” of the hotel and he hung up on me.
