The best experience
The hotel has gone downhill they claim they remodeled the rooms but the bathroom is poorly designed the faucets dont work well the shower leaks from the showerhead the ac vent is dirty
The room was nice. Employees nice too. My issue is they advertise and charge as a Gulf direct view and that is not what you get. So you pay extra for something you are not getting. I will not stay here again
Came to the area for Mothers Day Weekend and book a king bed room with a full gulf view. We checked in and got to the room and realized it wasn’t the view we paid for. The room was nice but it wasn’t at all what I was expecting. I went down to the concierges desk, mentioned the issues, and showed them pictures of my view. They told me they would charge me for a basic room. I left happy with that given I was basically in a basic standard room.
