The hotel has a very convenient location. The first thing I didn’t like was that I paid for a Gulf View room but was assigned a room with only a partial Gulf view. The rooms show some signs of aging, but they are very comfortable, especially the bed and pillows. The hotel’s common areas could definitely use more maintenance. The pool bar and beach bar are nice and provide a great atmosphere. However, keep in mind that beach chairs and umbrellas are not included and require an additional fee. Welcome to Clearwater, Florida! We stayed at the Hilton Hotel in Clearwater, Florida. John at the front desk gave us top notch service and was very helpful! Our room was nice, view of downtown awesome and minutes away from the beautiful beach. Don't forgot your umbrella!
The bathroom is in terrible condition, and the refrigerator and the coffee maker do not work.
Beautiful resort and Christina at the front desk took the best care of us! All of the staff was super friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!
Buckle up, you’re going to wanna read this. We travel to Florida every year for vacation. This year we decided to stay at Hilton Clearwater beach resort & spa which was a terrible decision- a mistake we will never make again. Valet guys were great, and one of the housekeepers who serviced our room did a great job (Jonishia S.) aside from them, everything else was bad.. as soon as we came to the hotel, our experience was ruined, especially for me.
