The staff at this Hilton are wonderful and helpful. I booked a last minute room after missing a connecting flight and was greeted warmly at checkin, offered water, and they put me in a room more convenient to my early morning departure gate. The only drawback to this hotel are the dated rooms. A renovation is needed to improve climate control and refresh decor, carpet and furnishings.

Dahlia at the front desk was extremely kind and helpful. They were quick, efficient and knowledgeable. I really felt appreciated that they took the time to help me with my booking and provided really helpful information about the Hilton app and different rewards/ points you earn from your stay. Thank you!

One of the best Airport Hotels in the Country as its Location and staff are first rate. Restaurants are excellent. FRONT DESK AGENT Dahlia was most helpful and is one of reasons I often stay at a Hilton especially here. As a Gold HHonnors she assured I had room despite the O'Hare air traffic delaysencounteredd.

Staff could not be more pleasant: Loved our high floor room overlooking the runway. Room was very clean although a bit dated. You can’t beat the location!
