As a Chicagoan I’ve always admired this hotel when I was coming to O’Hare, but I’d never been inside before. I was actually pleasantly surprised by how nice it is and I had a really pleasant and genuine interaction with an electrician named Ryan who was an absolute sweetheart.
Very friendly and accommodating. The place is clean and close to the airport. 10 out of 10 would recommend. And if you ever bump into Ryan the electrician in the lobby stop and talk to him! He will put a smile on your face!
