Here to visit Chicago? Too bad that many of the people who make this city great have now been kidnapped off the street by the very people that Hilton proudly houses in their hotels!
No complaints I received great customer service and the rooms were very clean I enjoyed my stay
Bed bugs be careful. Some crawled on me while there (red flag I know) and then came home to something in my bag.
Clean rooms, beautiful views, friendly staff highly recommend!
If I could give this hotel a negative reading, that’s what I would do our hotel smell like marijuana due to someone smoking next to us and rather than understanding that we had an infant that cannot be moved. The hotel had offered us a solution of packing up everything and moving, however that’s not really an option when you have a baby that has supplies and all of their stuff in the room we also had offered security to come to our room and smell the level of marijuana that we were experiencing in our room.
