The clerks are very friendly. Never waited longer than 10 minutes. 5 star
They always say that there check cashing place don’t cash checks unless your a Spanish and it’s been this way for many years and quite frankly I just felt as if they just don’t wanna cash black people checks the system is down or they look at it very long and knowing they not gonna help they act like it
UNTIL THIS IS RESOLVED I WILL CONTINUE TO LET PEOPLE KNOW AS A PREGNANT WOMEN STAY CLEAR AND FAR THESE PEOPLE GAVE ME 100$ counterfeit MONEY DEC 31 I came in here to do a western union I went to capitall one 5 MINUTES A WAYYYYY THEY TOLD ME THE $100 bill was counterfeit it’s soooo sad because I have it recorded and these people still never called me back to tell me nothing I’m filing a police report and will keep coming back until this is resolved !! #SCAMMERS
I came into the location at Hempstead and they were speaking Spanish already stating to watch out for me. They profiled me as soon as I came in then they did not want to cash. My check stated that it’s over there today. Check policy, meaning that they could not cash my check because I had it over two days, this is despicable.
