Excellent place to stay with a convenient location. The front desk team was professional, attentive, and always willing to assist. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would gladly stay here again.
No issues or concerns with the facilities or room. Inbound shuttle driver (slightly built afro-american gentleman - sorry didn't get your name) was professional, patient, and kind. Check in was mid at best, no explanation of amenities, locations of breakfast, elevators, etc. Late checkout limited to Gold members to noon, even for an empty hotel. When it shows two rooms and then shows you photos of the room looking like two separate bedrooms it’s really not two room suite and they do not honor or help you if you ask them about it super poor customer service plus every ad they have online is misleading
Had a much better experience at this hotel than I did at the DoubleTree that's nearby this one, clean. Ac worked great, hotel staff was nice. Definitely recommend
Our shuttle bus driver, Ira, was fabulous! Rooms clean and nice. Food amazing!!!!
