The Hilton Brooklyn is one of the better Hotel in the area. I had a problem with the safe. They were up there within ten minutes fixing it. My daughter had a wedding at the Deity near by. She came back with top of her cake and George at the front desk refrigerator it till morning . What a great representative for the Hilton brand. The whole staff were great. So if Your event is nearby and need a clean, safe place then the Hilton Brooklyn it is.

Several hours after checking out, I received my receipt that had $26 in charges that I didn't incur. I called the hotel directly to have the charges removed and the person I spoke with confirmed they would handle it and it'd take 3 - 5 days for the credit to post to my card. I checked back 8 days later and still hadn't received the credit. Instead of calling back the property directly, I called 1-800-HILTONS, which is the "Customer Care Line" that showed in my receipt. Clean rooms, friendly staff! Great location! Only things we did not like: Parking was expensive (attendant was rude), no laundry facilities on site, no water in lobby. Most Hiltons we stay at have a complimentary water station in the lobby for guests to enjoy with infused water, sometimes even complimentary hot coffee. That would’ve been great during our stay.

I had a great stay here. Special shoutout to the reception staff, Emily, she is friendly when everyone was checking in. Super helpful answering all my questions and needs. Thank you Emily The hotel itself is clean and tidy. It is in a convenient spot as well.

I booked two rooms for five people through a Hilton friends-and-family rate, but a mix-up at check-in meant I couldn’t access the rooms. The concierge suggested switching to one larger room and assured me twice there would be no cancellation fee and that the amount I paid was final. I was later charged $259 in “cancellation fees.” When I questioned it, the same concierge claimed it was a refundable deposit.
