A very good hotel in this area. There’s convenient parking right in front of the hotel for $35 a day, which is a great bonus if you’re staying nearby. The room is clean and spacious.
The room was great and the service was fine until check out - I did not receive credit for the "destination fee" that I used in the restaurant - despite asking about it several times. Got my emailed receipt and spent 45 mins on the phone to get credit. If you stay here - don't leave without a written copy of your receipt so you can fix these problems without having to call the hotel. Had hoped this would be a good stay after a bad stay at another Hilton, but unfortunately this rather soured me on the chain.
Friendly welcome at the Hilton Hotel in Brooklyn. The staff was helpful and very friendly. The room and bathroom were clean and modern. In two weeks we will stay at the Hilton Hotel in Brooklyn again before we fly back to the Netherlands.
This is one of the Hilton hotels located in Brooklyn. The room condition was satisfactory. The hotel offers convenient pedestrian access to the subway station, and its proximity to JFK Airport was a key factor in my selection, given my scheduled departure the following day. For parking, a public parking lot is conveniently located next to the hotel, offering a practical alternative to the hotel's own parking, which can be more expensive. Overall, it's a suitable choice for its location and practical amenities.
