not one to typically leave a review, but this was my absolute worst hotel experience. first room - sheets were stained and gross, not even a fitted sheet on the bed, just a loosely tossed top-sheet. asked for new bedding, was sent to a new room. second room? even worse - gross/stained sheets again, sticky residue on the bathroom counters, hair covering the shower floor. silly to look past the red flags on the way in, such as duct tape holding the hallway carpets together. shout out to the man working the desk for the complet... read more
They didnt clean our room entirely. We had to ask them to come back and please make the bed. Gentleman at the front desk did not pay attention to me when i told him what floor we wanted to be on. Breakfast ladies WERE NOT attentive. Didnt tell us what options we had for breakfast until literally after we finished eating. I will probably never stay with hilton again. Going back to Holiday Inn.
The good stuff: 1. A la carte breakfast was excellent. 2. Thurston the bartender is a fabulous host. The not so good stuff: 1. The check in clerk gave me bad info regarding bar hours. Said it was closed when it was open. 2. Shower was dirty. Lots of hair on the floor
It’s a good hotel the bartender he is new his name is therman somthing like that I come here alot he is really nice but I feel bad he is the only working it’s busy here in the dinning room need to hire more bartender / waitress
Had to attend an event that was walking distance from the hotel. The staff was excellent
