I see why this gets such a low rating, I stayed there over the weekends, from my very first encounter I knew it was ganna be shitty. No eye contact very broad answers I asked the front desk guy is there a reason why the room is in the gown floor he replied you should have booked a better room, the room was cold I called to have it checked the sent someone to just touched the thermostat, and noting was done, the manager was arguing with a staff up on checking out, like why do you work in hospitality if you’re not hospitable. ... read more

Rooms were shabby-ish. The bathrooms were great tho - Recently remodeled. All the employees were very helpful. We had several interactions because there were so many problems with the room.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Hilton hotel in Dedham. The customer service was poor from start to finish—staff were unhelpful, dismissive, and did not address concerns properly. The biggest issue was the security deposit. I was told it would be returned promptly, but it has not been refunded, and getting any clear answer about it has been frustrating. Not a great experience. Tepid shower wate. Bar closed because of "punishment" by local authorities. Loud music piped throiugh the breakfast area at 0630 which apparently has no volume control.
