Fees that are credits that they intentionally do not credit so you have to spend 30 minutes on the phone with your credit card company and the hotel to get. They intentionally assume that many will not spend the time. Scam. 3. Unbelievably rude front desk staff. I was called a 'jackass' when I disputed their illegal charges.
