Talk about a room with a view! I was on the 19th floor, comfy beds, wonderful bathroom! Service was excellent and so much of Boston was just a walk away! I highly recommend the Boston Back Bay Hilton.
Loved my stay at this hotel and I recommend as it is very well located and close to many attractions in Back Bay.

OLD. OLD. OLD Catherin manager is made aware that toilet is not working in the room and outlets by the bed did not charge phone and watch overnight. They are not taking any measures to fix the situation and pass you off to call hilton corporate instead. Avoid this hotel as they charge full room fee for old and non functioning rooms
