Update: We pushed the button for the elevator at 4:12 pm and didn’t get to our room until 4:32 because they do not have properly working elevators. It is extremely hot in the lobby as well. This is absolutely not a 4 star hotel, barely a 3 star. It says that the elevator is in a "glow-up" but we have been here all week and not once have we seen or heard anyone fixing the issues. FIX IT. Great stay at Hilton Boston Back Bay! The location is excellent, close to restaurants, shopping, and major Boston attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, a convenient and comfortable hotel that I would recommend to anyone visiting Boston.
