I had the best time while at Hilton. Louis was the best with speed, accuracy, and friendliness when preparing our breakfast. Jonas ( I apologize if I spelled his name incorrectly) provides a quick check in. Then the manager Mr. Eric made my hotel stay amazing! He even was able to deliver muffins to my room. I call him the muffin man. Lol I truly enjoyed my stay.
Bedroom carpet was musty. Windows did nothing to muffle outside noise. Bathroom baseboards dirty. Second elevator was broken. Windows of atrium were filthy. TOTAL degradation of the Hilton brand.
I enjoyed my time here at this hotel the breakfast was nice the chocolate pancakes and cheese omelets was yummy and the employees were very kind Jonas was helpful able to answer my questions and provide me help providing towels for me handing me the anti burn lotion to apply to my skin from getting sunburn additionally i really liked the Bartender named Paulette she was super nice and gave good service had a good conversation with me and in the friendly way she kept calling me cute and she was too such a sweet heart even ran... read more
