Shockingly Unhelpful Service My company flew me in for training and booked my stay at this Hilton. I arrived at 10:40 a.m. and politely explained to Tassy that I needed access to a room to get ready for my 12:30 p.m. meeting. I asked whether there was an available room, another room type, or any workable early check-in option. The Front Desk staff was Excellant. David helped us with our upgrade a check in. Eric helped us with an umbrella during a torrential down pour. Tossy greeted us each day with her warm personality and beautiful smile. They were all exceptional. The dining staff created a warm and welcoming environment. Melinda and Jennifer made us feel like family and were very attentive to the guests needs. Our Cook, Davril and our Chef Tony were top notch!
