ALWAYS STAYED AT THE HILTONS AND NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEM, EXCEPT THIS TIME THAT HAD OVER CHARGE FOR A MOVIE THAT I DIDNT EVEN WATCHED AND THE HOTEL WAS IN CONSTRUCTIONS SO NO POOL
My husband left his shoes in the room and as soon as we got to the airport we realized it. We called multiple times and were sent to the voicemail of the “ lost and found coordinator “. When we never got a call back, I called the front desk and spoke to William who was incredibly rude about the issue, first he transferred me back the the voicemail mid sentence and then when I called back he hung up on me and stopped answering the phone. Only 1 shower room. And it’s taken by long term tenants. Waiting 2+ hrs later for our refund to be approved.
Very nice
We stayed at a hotel in Plantation for the weekend, and it exceeded expectations. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a great location.
