1room was very nice. Lots of room and features.
I've stayed here for work several times, and always enjoy the experience here. Paulette is a rock star behind the bar, the front desk staff is maxing, and the breakfast is solid as well. And, you can walk to a ton of stores and restaurants within a mile.
For as nice of a location Boca is this hotel does not match up. TIP TOP NO SHOW SERVICE!! WiFi : the “free” does not work, called receptionist she tells me the WIFI code we were not issued during check in. I inform her the portal to enter the code does not show and the WIFI is saying no connection for Hilton. She said she would “send” the maintenance technician, once again another no show. This is Day 2 with no WIFI. Furniture: gross carpet, the furniture in the room has this white substance like a spray on it, bathroom door... read more
