I was genuinely surprised this property carries the Hilton name. The hotel is extremely outdated—furnishings and decor feel decades old, and it lacks the standard amenities you’d expect from a Hilton. There was no hair dryer in the room, and the A/C couldn’t be switched from heat to cold without calling maintenance. Certain areas, like the hallway carpet, looked dirty and worn. The hotel is getting ready for a remodel of floors 5,6, and 7. It's about ready for it. Service was excellent. I'd stay again
