Excellent service! The staff there are amazing. I’d stay there again because of them.
They repeatedly messed up so many simple things with our room and charged us for another persons reservation. They did it with multiple families that were staying at the same time as well. Make sure to check what you are charged they have a tendency to overcharge you.
I’m a Hilton Honors member, so I know what they are capable of, which is, of course, why I booked here. I was really looking forward to my river-view experience in Baton Rouge, which I thought would be a lot like my experience in the Hilton New Orleans (or any other Hilton where I’ve stayed).
