El hotel tiene perfecta ubicación, el hotel en general se ve nuevo y limpio (áreas comunes) Las habitaciones son amplias pero si muy molesta de que solo me dejan dos toallas a pesar de que somos 3 en el cuarto y diario hay que pedir de nuevo que se me agregue una, también la limpieza del cuarto NO se realiza a pesar de pedirlo constantemente, solo tienden las camas y sacan la basura. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, respectful, and welcoming, which we truly appreciated. Unfortunately, our stay was impacted by several issues. When we checked in, our room on the 12th floor was extremely hot and humid. The thermostat was set to 66°F, but the A/C was clearly not working. The room stayed around 75°F, and we were sweating in the room. Engineering came by and said they fixed the issue, but the temperature continued to rise. We ultimately had to be moved to another room.
