The best lodging option in Aventura. Excellent location, high-quality service, and amazing rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. The areas are very clean, highly recommended.

UPDATE: Hotel still has not issued the promised refund, 10 days later. Now not responding to emails. Nikkia Douyon emailed me about my review, no response despite 3 emails for a follow up.. Room smelled of urine. Complained no less than five times and asked for a manager to call me. Never happened in 5 days. The bot would text me everyday asking how my stay was…. No response to that either. I called diamond people when we got home, Jon from the property called and said incidentals and one night would be refunded. Shockingly ... read more

Th e service is lackluster 1st visit no WiFi in the room and 2nd time 2 hours for an ironing board no sense of urgency. If it was a pleasure trip would not care but almost 2 hrs for an ironing board with over 200 rooms ridiculous

Sehr tolles Hotel in vieler Hinsicht. Die Zimmer sind modern, neu und sehr gepflegt. Die gesamte Anlage ist sauber, stilvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, was zum Entspannen einlädt. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder. Der Preis ist zwar etwas höher, aber dafür stimmt fast alles. Lediglich der Fitnessbereich könnte besser ausgestattet und ansprechender gestaltet sein.
