5 Star : Likely to Recommend 4.5 Star : Repair Quality I haven't had much chance to drive the car yet or look underneath since I am out of town. However, when I picked it up, it looked great and ran well. 4.5 Star : Customer Service Everyone were very nice and friendly, however when I went to pick up the car they couldn't find the key for awhile which made me a little nervous. Totally appreciate that I can pay the deductible after I return from my business trip, however.
