I had a very disappointing experience at this Hilton property. Starting around 8 PM, there was no hot water. I waited until midnight hoping it would be resolved, but nothing changed. When I went to the front desk, Esmeralda told me the entire hotel was out of hot water and that my only option was to leave and find another hotel at midnight, which is completely unreasonable. No coffee in the lobby! We were aghast-no welcome for weary travelers! My husband was referred to the bar when he asked. The room was not quite clean: whiskers and dirty faucets in the sink; sticky floor in the bathroom; and grease, crumbs and sesame seeds on every flat surface. The furniture was terribly worn. No wonder guests choose Hilton Garden Inns over this option.
