Great rooms!! Very close to downtown
Tyler the general manager is very unprofessional. Started yelling at me over a $6 misunderstanding on the final receipt. This was anfter weeks of trying to get a call back from someone. Each time I would call in they said someone would call you back but didn’t. Tyler Admitted there was a change in how things are done and that now things are different but never made any steps to let customers know. This hotel is in the heart of downtown and in a great spot if you want something to eat! This place was super nice and the beds were comfy. I loved the pool and how they had a 9FT area. No hot tub though, and some TV channel's say they have something on but they don't come in. Overall would come back!
