I had an absolutely horrible experience with the GM of the hotel. Our family has met there for a family weekend three year in a row. Each year we request our rooms to be in close proximity to each other. I was chatting online with a front desk employee about having our rooms together, who was extremely helpful. I gave my phone number and said if it would be easier to do it over phone feel free to call me. If I could give a zero star review I would because I don't agree with their policy on allowing their management to try to gain entry into their paying customers rooms over non-vulgar signage in the window. If they wanted non-vulgar signage removed from the window a simple phone call to the room would suffice and not an unannounced attempted entry by their management team. Such gracious hosts of Ice Dance Music Fest. The rooms, food, and service we're all 10 stars! I will always recommend this hotel to people staying in the valley!

Lisa at the front desk is a rock star! She was so helpful and accommodating… I wish the whole hotel could be staffed with people like her.
