Tired of working with hotel maintenance to resolve shortcomings in rooms during my stays that should be reported by housekeeping or previous guests: closet door too large to shut into door opening and bathroom door doesn't latch so lock can be used. AC set 10-deg below room temp and doesn't get any cooler after more than 12-hrs. The little, cube frig is far from the minimum found in lower cost hotels. This is my first time staying here. The staff is very friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. The Saturday morning breakfast buffet was great. Very fresh and tasty food. I did note however, the bedding was backwards and upside down. The sheet was on the top and the comforter on the bottom.

Although this is classified as a premium hotel, it operates more on the lines of a 1 or 2 star hotel. Not only was my status as a Diamond member not recognized, but Jer on the reception desk was condescending and a bit snotty. While the rooms LOOK pretty, they aren't very comfortable. The walls are very thin, you can hear your neighbors, the noise in the hallway and courtyard The rooms are extremely dark and the paper products are cheap.
