Dr. Hilton is very caring and understanding. She is also straightforward and to the point. She did a wonderful job with my procedure and I am very happy that I was referred to her.

I had a very poor experience. Ended up developing a UTI which they did not notice. I was told to stop taking my thyroid medication even though I have hypothyroidism. I also had a miscarriage and was not treated well after the fact. I developed an infection and had to go to the ER. Would not recommend Dr. Hilton or Rock Hill OBGYN to my worst enemy.

Wonderful experience!! She sits down with you pays attention and listens to your concerns!! She doesn't just walk in to rush you out. She explains things so that you can understand it. She's open for questions and she is very considerate. You can tell she really cares about you!! She has a patient for life in me!!

Office is not clean. The Dr.s assistant used a swab internally on me that was sitting in a dirty cup on a counter. The "surgical" room was filthy and also used as a storage closet in addition to surgical procedures. There is a childcare, I believe, upstairs. As it's extremely noisy and there is running and jumping constantly. So much so that the room shakes. I felt her assistant was clueless. Some of my results were discussed in a hallway without privacy. I will not return.
