Everything was clean and nice but housekeeping dod not replenish our coffee when she cleaned the room. Otherwise it would have been excellent!
Where do I even start? The staff working there were fine. The service was not bad, nor exceptional either. The ONLY good thing about this experience. Before I get into this review, I must give Full disclosure, I did not pay for this trip, It was a business trip. THANK GOD I was not on the hook for this room. If I had, I would have demanded a refund/chargeback. The building is OBVIOUSLY shitty new construction, and rushed/careless construction at that. After an uncomfortable experience at the Westin Duluth, our stay at the Hilton Alpharetta has been an absolute breath of fresh air. From the moment we arrived, the staff has gone above and beyond to make us feel welcome. John and Mohammed at the front desk are always friendly and accommodating, they truly setting the tone for great hospitality.
