Diamond member means very little these days. No room upgrade when hotel not full, even after asking. Access to exec lounge but there is nothing there on the weekend. WiFi didn't work, they had US call tech support and it still doesn't work with no reason why.
Great experience! Mattresses are little but otherwise nice quiet room.
Fantastic hotel! Great rooms and awesome service!! True staple of the Hilton brand!!!
