I used to stay at this hotel once a month for 3–4 days, but unfortunately, I can’t recommend it anymore. The pricing is extremely high for what you get. The service is average at best, and the cleanliness is simply not acceptable. For the rate they charge, I expected a much more professional and well-maintained environment. There are definitely better hotels in the area offering superior service and comfort at a more reasonable price.

The location is so convenient to everything in Alpharetta. We stay every month, and have only had exceptional service. Every area of this hotel is amazing. Definitely the best place to stay in Alpharetta!

I stayed at Hilton Alpharetta on August 30. As a Gold member, I didn’t get a room upgrade, but the room was fine—though the toilet was smaller than in other Hiltons. I appreciated the early check-in, and Nadia at the front desk was very helpful. At lunch, my waiter Paul was professional and kind. The burger with salad was delicious. The modern, spacious lobby was also impressive.

The front desk service experience was very disappointing. We have been waiting for our room with a king size bed and they said we would have to wait until 4 pm. As we were waiting in the lobby there were several parties who checked in after us who were given a king size room. When I went up to the front desk and inquired the lady at the front desk said that we still needed to wait even though others checked in after us.
