We’ve stayed at this hotel twice, and overall it’s been a decent experience, but there are definitely some downsides. The hotel itself is very clean, which we really appreciate, and one of the cleaning staff members we encountered was especially kind and welcoming. However, the overall service from staff was just okay; not bad, but nothing particularly memorable. One of the biggest drawbacks is the cost. Went with my friend she was expecting a grandchild the hotel was attached to a Hilton hotel which made it very convenient. The staff at hospital were all very friendly and helpful. The cafeteria food was good and reasonable price. Location okay.
Guest Services Director Tina Agan and hotel General Manager John D'Adamo have been NON-RESPONSIVE to repeated requests to straighten out a reservation and over payment snafu from over two weeks ago. I called the front desk about a dozen times. I left three voicemails for Tina Agan. I emailed Tina Agan and copied John D'Adamo. I resent the email.
