One of the only star rated properties but it's old and needs refurbishment urgently. Comfortable beds and nice rooms but dated look as also the pool area. They can definitely upgrade and make it contemporary
I stayed here for three nights, and it was a very frustrating experience. During my stay, housekeeping never came to clean the room, even though we were out before 9:00 a.m. on two separate days. I was later told that rooms are only fully cleaned after three days, but guests are supposed to receive a refresh of towels and other essentials. We never received that either. It was a great hotel , its not fancy and not the cleanest (room wise) but the staff was so lovely and helpful. Pool was a great addition to our stay.
