I followed the instructions and called the 800 # only to be met with confusion - no one knew about the situation or how to assist. I did leave my name and phone # for someone to call me back ... Unfortunately, I had a very negative experience with Hilti. One of their large trucks hit and damaged my car door while parked outside their Hartford facility (a shared parking lot with other businesses). Despite clear evidence and attempts to resolve the situation professionally, the company refused to acknowledge responsibility or offer assistance with the damage. I’m still trying to wrap my head around why a store contractors would shop at are only open during hours us contractors are working :| , 7-3:30 and closed weekends probably worse hours I’ve ever seen
