I called January 17th and got a Appointment for 2:15 the same day. I have been a patient of Dr. Hilsman for many years, I do not get sick often but when I do he has always been my primary doctor. I came in and the receptionist said I had CIGNA insurance, I told her my copay should be $20- $30. She said $85, I told her no to give my money and ID back that she was wrong. I went to Phoebe Convent Care, Which by the way is within your care system, GUESS WHAT, my co pay was $30. you OVERCHARGE.
