Old Dr. Guy given 2 me in Hilo late in afternoon, his non-caring demeanor was terrible and it was almost like he was drunk or someone who pretended to be a dr. but wasn't, another instance, given COVID test never asked for, then 5 months later they tried to bill me for it, oh boy!!
