Purchased an expensive floor sweeper. It was delivered, literally dropped off in my warehouse with no training or anything. 6 months later the salesman is no longer with the company and we did not know how to change the blades properly(it is not covered in manual). They charged me $312 to come and train me on the maintenance even though they never supplied the training that was supposed to come with the unit.
