Meh....1st time here and product wasn't ready upon arrival. Finally got loaded after about 8 hours. A porta potty would've been nice. I did get some sleep...
I was unloaded and reloaded in about an hour and a half I stayed right on the site The only thing we the drivers would like to see it the staging lot black top and get rid of the gravel too much dust and potholes
The shipper ok but the CONSTRUCTION was,a nightmare ...in the city and took over an hour to find a route that I could use to get there ..
I arrived four hours early called and was told I could get loaded early. Pulled up on scale checked in with guard and pulled around back. I was there all day was loaded 4 hours past appointment time. I ran out of hours waiting to be loaded had to spend night in what they call a parking lot. Its more like a giant mud pit when it rains. I'll never return to this facility.
I run tanker they push high volume threw the plant , I know grade A has time restraints on holding time , then it's flushed , so if you on the processed side find time problems it just might be out of their control . I have delivered there and picked up there , it just amazes me how much product they use , great job Hilmar at both places Tx and Ca.
