Make sure your trailer is washout, both times I've loaded been in and out 1 hour.
I load there a lot, if your appt is at 0900 and you get there at 0845 you will be late because it takes an hour at least to check you in, but only takes about 1 and a half to load you, you'll burn at least 3 hours there!

Awrsome quite an experience unloaded at a good time
Showed up at 1PM for a 5PM appointment, loaded and rolling at 2PM. Very smooth operation. Make sure your trailer is clean and follow the guard's instructions when you check in
