New patient came in to have 2 teeth removed... Got xrays done.sat in chair for about 10 minutes with no one saying anything to me on whats goin on. Dentist came in and started right away pulling my mouth open further than what my mouth opens natually; huting me...i told him he was hurting my mouth by pulling like he was... Dentist has horrible beside manner and the receptionist is rude. I went in for a cleaning and the assistant was nice. The dentist came in after, looked at my teeth, pulled roughly on my cheeks, and said their fine and all needed was to fix my tooth. When i was finished i went to the front to get rescheduled for my filling i stood there for 5 minutes while the Receptionist did other things and another patient came up and she said to me I'll help you in a minute. So as I call my regular dentist yesterday May,12 2014 to try and get in due to a abscess tooth that hurt so bad! Unfortunately they were booked all the way up in till May 24th! I could not take the pain any longer! So I call almost every dentist in Spokane and all we're booked as we'll! So I continued to look in the yellow pages and ran across Hillyard Dental Clinic! I think one of the greatest things is genuinely being unafraid of the dentist! I live in Las Vegas now and would gladly fly back to visit Dr. Kunkel for anything I need done! The staff is exceptionally friendly, and thorough. I had an emergency root canal done over the holidays and 6 months pregnant! I felt like I had nothing done! AMAZING is all I can say. And thank you to the Dr and staff!!! You have completely changed my mind!
