Great shop! The dealer told us we needed to replace our brakes. We took it to Hillyard and they did a free brake inspection and told us there were no issue.
I was very impressed with Mike and the team when I brought my SUV in to have the AC repaired. They addressed the issue quickly and were very transparent about pricing and estimates, and what needed to be done. It turned out that the entire system needed a recharge. I had forgotten what cold AC felt like (very important for August in Virginia)! Great customer service and I can tell that they take their reputation seriously. I will definitely be returning!

Installed new set of tires and did alignment today. Everyone was friendly, really nice, also very responsive. I can see why Lexus F group likes bringing their cars to here! Highly recommended
My Lexus had electrical issues after I installed my battery backwards. I had several mechanics check it out with no luck. A friend recommended Hillard’s and they were able to get the car running again. Mike has great customer service and kept me in the loop at each phase of troubleshooting.
