I had a nail in my tire this morning and my PSI light came on. Called two other shops first and both told me I'd have to leave my car overnight—not ideal when you need your vehicle. Figured I'd try one more place and called Hillyard Automotive. The person who answered was patient, walked me through their schedule, and gave me an honest estimate of how long I'd actually be waiting. No vague "we'll get to it when we can." I can’t say enough about Mike and his team. I had left the dealership unhappy . His team was able to walk me through the repairs I need and performed them in a timely manner. Can’t wait for my cars to go out of warranty. Finally found a place I can trust.
