RecommendedMy father was in an accident with his brand new truck and they fixed it up and it looks just like it did when my dad bought it.Yes, it took sometime to get it back, but that was not on the company. It was because they had to wait for parts. With my dad truck still being in production it took longer to get what they needed. I would recommend them to anyone. Don’t believe a few of these comments on here. This company will treat you right!
RecommendedHillwood towing handled my wreck in September. The driver, Ryan, was very helpful and knowledgeable as well as timely. I definitely recommend these guys.
This company had my son’s car over a month. There was still issues with the car when he got it back. He took it back to have it fixed. The worker didn’t like what my son had to say so he hit him upside the head and knocked his glasses off. What a professional business they run!! Would not recommend this place to an enemy!!!
They have no idea what they are doing and be careful because Dale hit me upside the head because I wasn’t pleased by there work.
I had an accident last night, and this company showed nothing but extreme professionalism and kindness. And I spoke to the owner and she represented what true southern hospitality and values.
The worst service all around ever. We used the body shop. I meant to write this over the summer, but finding new problems with their work reminded me. They kept our car much longer than expected without giving us a single update. I had to call every time, and they still weren't forthright, sometimes giving me incorrect info. We got the car back with a terribly done bumper and several other parts near the bumper. Nothing was lined up correctly. They even broke the bars that hold the hood up and wouldn't fix them.
