I have never experienced so much deceptive service. I have no desire to stay here any longer. Was lied to and told I didn't qualify because I had a previous eviction on my credit and it was not true. Wasted time and money completing app to be fraudulently denied. All because she wanted someone else to have the unit. I deserve better!
My experience at Hillwood Pointe has been awesome.. I have been here for a few years now. I was here when they changed management and was extremely Happy to have Satina back. She is a great manager. She is always helpful and very professional. I love it here. Great manager in Satina. She is definitely a keeper!!

Do not move here. If you walk around the complex you will see empty places. People have moved out and even got evicted because the complex will not work with tenants during hard times. They are money hungry and wont even take rental assistance from the courts. They tenants are put on unrealistic stipulation agreements to pay back rent . If you don't keep up the agreement they will immediately evict you. They don't care that people are loosing jobs and trying their best to keep a roof over their heads.
