This is not my experience. I'm just leaving this review because I can and want to. My friend lives there currently, and he says it is a nightmare to live there. Gun shots every day, other crime activities near the apartments every day, and lastly, it is just a mess. I went there a few times, and it looked like it was close to being abandoned. Also, I've seen the reviews. Do not, I repeat in all caps, DO NOT CHOOSE THESE APARTMENTS!!!!! I've also heard the landlord is an actual pain in the butt to deal with. DON'T GO HERE
Current Landlord(s) are an absolute nightmare to deal with. Constant attitude and apathetic. Seems to take joy in causing misery to others. Additionally, nothing ever gets fixed and they never answer when you call.
Very nice apartments... very fast and sufficient in office ... very nice people in office ... despite what others say
All of the staff at hillwood homes got me and my daughter a place to stay after we have been homeless for 3 years it's one of the best things we could have ever hoped for they were also very kind to us treated us like real people never gave is an attitude always answered all of our calls and text messages only took us a week and a half to get an apartment I think all of them so much for what they have done
Omg the people worked and worked so hard to get me and my kids in our place before Xmas they was so nice and it took 3 days and I was in I’m happy that they did not let us down I want to say I really appreciate y’all and thanks
