I have tried to reach someone at this company on multiple occasions over the last few months to get more information about some of the communities they have listed on their website. There is only one phone number listed and it always goes to voicemail. I have left two or three messages with no calls back. The email address they provide is a generic one. Ridiculous.
Our experience with Hillwood Communities has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. I feel obligated to warn others—especially professionals or companies considering working with them. The core of the problem lies with an employee named Katie Reid, who blatantly lied to our company and misled us during an important business interaction. I live in Pecan Sq and I love it but it is very sad the way these contractors are allowed to trash up the whole community with all there trash blowing everywhere!!!
