bad service. Customer service sucks
So just moved in today. I address my concerns yesterday before moving in, I was told they will be handled today....they are now closed....NO HEAT!! I'm 5 1/2 months pregnant w/ twins on top of everything else, so my level of fustrated is at an all time high!! I just keep telling myself this is only temporary....So I have called the emergency maintenance number...30 minutes...NO ANSWER! SO LET ME GO AND BUY MY FAMILY & I SOME HEATERS, SO WE WONT FREEZE!!! VERY DISSATISFIED😡🤬
RecommendedOffice staff is very nice and prompt! The complex manager and assistant manager Mrs. Barnes have been very helpful during my move in! Beautiful apartment and very peaceful atmosphere.
The managing staff was extremely nice and helpful, and worked quickly within 1-2 days when calling for a service request. The buildings have gone under renovations and things are kept up to date. Pest control came frequently to spray and regular maintenance check ups were done. Overall, very impressed with what is offered at this apartment complex. Jennifer from the office was easy to work with and was always friendly and helped the best way she could, or directed me toward somebody who could. Very thankful for my experience... read more
