Update: I went in for the recall work and an interior detail. Again Paul (service) knocked it out of the park. The detailing was thorough for the price (my vehicle looks like new). I had a glitch in the console of my vehicle which I could have fixed myself (with the help of youtube) but it would have taken me hours to days to get it done but Paul had it done when I picked up my vehicle. poor customer service. They didn't plug my amp back in. I brought my outback in because no sound was coming out of the speakers. My car was in the shop for 5 hrs. They did 2 updates on the infotainment system and tried to hard restart the amp. This did not fix the "issue". I was told I needed a new amp. The part was on back order with no ETA.
