I went in for an inspection before recall work was too take place. I asked if they had anyone who could clean the inside roof of my Forester as I had loaded many things into it that rubbed on the headliner. I asked for a quote but they did it!! As a gesture of good will. Absolutely stunned me and it looked brand new. I've never had a dealer go this far to please their customers as a surprise. There is no measurement of the good will this gesture has made!! Thank you Hilltop!
I had a fantastic experience buying my car at Vernon Subaru. Josh and Mark were terrific. I never felt pressured and found everyone to be informative but low key. It certainly worked for me.
I found Hilltop Subaru and staff to be professional and committed to providing me with a positive experience. Negotiation was positive and I was happy with my trade-in valuation as well as value for dollar for my “new-to-me” Forester. Dealing with Harman Kaur and Mike McWhinney (sales mgr) was a very positive experience. I would definitely recommend Hilltop Subaru.

Terrible service and unfriendly people working in the dealership, especially the Autobody shop. Subaru Vernon hilltop, said they would fix my car, when they didn't at all. They didn't care about miss aligned body parts, orange peel paint, they tried install 3M and it was immediately peeling the day I came to pick up the car and they didn't see one problem with that.
