Hi all! I didnt purchase my Subaru Uncharted at Hilltop but wanted to leave a review because the service and support offered by Ben was remarkable. I called nearly every Subaru in the province to find the exact car I wanted and Ben was the only one to offer to track one down for me. It wasn't possible in the end, but Ben was honest and willing to work hard to get me the car I wanted. Thanks Ben!

I went in and pre paid a portion for parts for my car, was told parts would not be ordered and I also said not to order anything until I fully paid so I could be sure. Went in a couple days later after I found a cheaper option and was told I could not get my money back because they ordered the parts and they were at the shop. Told me they would call me after they checked whatever out, never heard from them, went in a couple days later and still nothing. So apparently I just donated $1000 to a billion dollar company.
