Rats made a nest and had babies on my sons newborn wreath. Our unit is not junked up, and most things are in totes. They met me at the unit but did nothing,because they were going out of town for a wedding that weekend. & not only did they continue to charge me for that month (absolutely ridiculous) they locked me out of it twice, saying the first,time was miscommunication. I have switched storage companies and will NEVER use such a careless facility again!
