Great place!! Very secure and very professional! Highly recommend this place! They always answer their phones (even on the weekends) and they are very helpful!!
Avoid this place at all cost, they will not return your deposit, at best you will get lip service. After being a loyal costumer for over a year, they were given a 6 week notice and we even left early giving them extra time to find a replacement. Never late on a payment and what you get in return is your deposit not returned and empty promises. Very poor customer service.
Stay away they will not repay your deposit. Many promises.. poor customer service.
I called Hilltop Storage the morning of my move after the place I had lined up (Affordable Self Storage-just down the street from Hilltop) screwed me over. The owner of Hilltop Storage came and met me in 30 minutes and we had all the paperwork finished super quickly. He was really nice and made me feel a lot better after my stressful morning of trying to get in contact with the other guy. If you're looking for something in this area, I'd go with Hilltop Storage.
