Rented a trailer from the UHaul portion of the business. Staff was responsive, friendly and professional. The whole experience was very good, highly recommend.

Stored our valuables here in a 10x10 unit while moving to a new houses last summer, our experience was wonderful! Easy check in/out, friendly team, secure facility, impressed how clean Hilltops keeps their storage units. My family and I will absolutely use them again.

I rented a unit for about 2 years and the only reason we moved out was because we bought our first home and had no need for it anymore. I must say the service was amazing! Erin was always super friendly and helpful with everything. Anytime I would call in with questions they were always answered honestly and respectfully. I’ve rented trucks and trailer from this location, they have gone out of there way to get me what I needed. The owner even went to another location to get me the trailer I needed , I highly recommend them. Top notch service!

We have been with Hilltop for almost 18 months. Retired. Sold the house. Bought the RV. Hilltop was a perfect place for location, facility, great security, and tremendous customer service from Erin, Rocco and the whole team. Our family share the unit and we know our "stuff" is safe, clean and dry, It'll be staying at Hilltop for a long time as we travel. Renting a truck on a Friday paid in full. Dropped it off on Sunday expecting an extra day charge. Received an invoice on Monday in my email citing a $46 extra day charge. However they deducted an additional $154 for my account instead of the $46. Of course I immediately called the location Hilltop Self Storage. And I spoke to Jim. Great customer service. Staff often on site. Access 24/7, great price, super cool to have a bathroom available. Great location for Upton, North bridge, Grafton, not that far from Plumbers Corner.. Thanks, Erin and others. These people care about their customers!!

Rented a UHaul trailer this week. Received excellent customer service from Donna and Rocco. Patient, helpful and pleasant. Highly recommend this company.
