Marv and his crew have at least 2 competitors within yelling distance of their shop, and they have all serviced our vehicles. The others are good in many ways, but overall Hilltop is the best on the block.
I have had my car repaired at Hilltop after getting a referral from another local mechanic in Alto. The other mechanic spoke very highly of Marv which was very reassuring. After being told that I needed a head gasket and receiving a quote from another garage, I decided to get a second quote so ended up at Hilltop. Not only was the quote less, but after running diagnostic tests it was determined that there was no problem at all with my head gasket!
