This was one of the best experience I ever had at a Vet's clinic. They were open on Saturday and squeezed my Leo in. My Frenchy was weezing to the point where his snout and tongue were turning gray. The minute we walked in, the assistant scooped Leo up and took him to the back to put him on oxygen. Not worrying about paperwork. Dr. Crook was very personable and knew exactly what to do. Dr. Barber and Dr. Crook along with the wonderful staff saved my bunny, Thor's life. It's very hard to find a vet that will work on rabbits. Words can't convey how much I appreciate all they have done. They made me feel like part of their family. They are the most compassionate people. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for saving my Thor.

Hilltop is by far the best Vet Clinic in Pueblo West. Dr. Crook is the best and has an amazing staff as well. As the owner of an aging and grumpy dog, Dr. Crook always make me feel better about the situation at hand.
I've been a dog owner for 9 years over 3 states, Hilltop is hands down the best vets office, and one of my offices was in the south, dripping with southern hospitality... Hilltop still has them beat❤️ thank you all.
I have to say I've had more visits to Hilltop than I would prefer, due to an aging dog. Every time I am greeted by name with a warm smile. They have expanded their hours, which is a tremendous help for me as a commuter. They have brought on more staff and another doctor and are looking to expand services provided that are unavailable in the area now. I have no doubt my dogs are receiving the highest level of care and compassion here.
