Went in a couple days ago to pick out a gift for my wife. Sam was super helpful and patient. The entire staff was really welcoming and friendly awesome place to shop. Will be going back!
My favorite jewelry store by far! It has such a clean and welcoming atmosphere, nothing like a typical pawn shop! The staff go out of their way to get you the best deals, whether buying or selling. I could not believe how low the jewelry prices were compared to retail stores. I saw a 2 carat Ever Us ring that was at Zales for $8000 and it was only $2000! The exact same ring! It also came with a free appraisal and they sized for free! I will never step foot in a big name jewelry store again! They have a new customer for life!

they could answer their messages on fb for 1. I messaged Jan 25 and still haven't gotten a reply other then the auto reply that someone would get back to me as soon as possible which is apprarently never, also left a voicemail and same day and no call either.
