We just finish purchasing an Anniversary ring (3 diamonds for past, present, future). I was asked to go online and fill out a survey. I couldn't find it so I'm hoping this is the right place to put my comments. Nama Nett was the sales person who assisted my wife with the selection. We had a very good experience and are happy with all phases of our transaction. A good place to shop for a bargain.

Hilltop Pawn: you state on your website that “we really know our stuff” about jewelry and precious metals. However, on your television commercial you state that I should sell my gold to you, that it is priced “at an all-time high.” This could not be further from the truth and is false advertising. Gold is DOWN 26% from 2011 and has not risen past $1,400 since 2014. You will never receive my business nor my recommendation to my friends, per your lack of knowledge of the precious metals market.

While I was visiting some family in virginia I stopped into a pawn shop called hilltop pawn. As soon as I walked I was in awe. It looks like a jewelry store! Everyone was so friendly and greeted me as soon as I walk in the door. Christy helped me pick out this beutiful levian ring!! And she gave me a deal I couldn't resist! Wish we had pawn shops like this back home!!

I stopped into Hilltop Pawn on a whim after seeing their advertising. I met a delightful young woman, Katherine, who showed me their outstanding collection of jewelry and let me know they were having a SALE! While I wasn't really expecting to purchase anything, I did find a bracelet that I knew my sweetie would love. Katherine boxed it and wrapped it for me, making me a king when I got home.
