Ok so my piece was appraised higher elsewhere at $500. She said they do that for insurance purposes. Even if I dropped the appraisal to $300, she said they only offer 50% of the value of the piece. So $150? Nope. She offered me $40. Gimmie a break. �
I went in about a year ago and bought a very beautiful set of earrings. I had fantastic service from a very helpful and cool salesman Dane. He made the proccess super easy, quick, and I got a great deal. After talking to his manager Amy, he got me $100 of the sticker price. A year and a half go by and my girlfriend and I split.
