Do not move here if you do not like roaches and mold, the staff here is very rude. The old staff both Kathy’s We’re the best. This new staff is horrible and unprofessional. It’s very unclean up here. I moved three months ago the best decision I ever made in my life.
I'm a tenant, and have been a tenant for a long enough time now. Management has changed at least 3 times since I have lived here, they've forced the staff that the tenants knew and were comfortable with out, and brought in new inconsiderate people to run the property. They've fabricated late fees within the last 30-45 days. They've imported tons of foreign families and moved them here. This place would be great only if they did take your safety into account I'm looking to move do to such issues ..the drug are all around you ..the washers dnt work ..manager is rude and pretty much shrugs you off..it takes days to weeks to get thing done after a request is put in ..would not recommend
