I NEED HELP!! As you all know I purchased a car last week and I had a great sales guy and got a great deal. **HOWEVER!!** when I left the dealership on the first day the cruise control wasn't working. I called the sales guy and he said no problem come in and the techs will look at it and fix it. So I went and they informed me they did not have the right equipment to diagnose the issue so they sent me to the Ford dealer only to tell me they had to wait till MONDAY?!? to get an answer to approve the charges. I spend a lot of $ to service my vehicle at this place ( >$800.00) and the simplest of things, lubricating the locks and hinges as well as replacing the rear wiper blades (which by the way it is part of the service) was not done. When i mentioned this to the service consultant manager he was rude to me and made up excuses as to why they did not do it. I will not go to service my vehicle at this place again. I have a choice and I did not like the way I was dealt with.
