Dr. Alex Mazurek is a wonderful and friendly doctor who cares about his patients. But because of his horrible unfriendly and unprofessional reception team, I can only give one star. I was once living in White Rock and when I moved to Vancouver the reception team tried to harass me to find another family practitioner in Vancouver which was very difficult and impossible. It took me years to find a new doctor. The reception team would forget to source for referrals, not passing on info for medical documents, delaying payments w... read more
The doctors are great but Dr. Wu's support staff arranging appointments are terrible. Wrong times and dates given to us 3x in a month. They have no regard for people's time and lives. If you can't work the new software maybe it's time to retire?
Dr Griffiths best Dr at Hilltop Medical very friendly and approachable and listens to you and gives valuable advice.
