I am amazed at the maintenance and management of Hilltop Manor! I was in visiting a friend from North Dakota and she asked to have help putting in an air conditioner. When the work was finished the Manager came in to make sure all was well...outstanding! The complex is so beautiful and the town houses are in excellent condition a well cared for establishment not to mention the beautifully kept grounds. I absolutely love living at Hillside Manor. The manager always addresses repairs or other issues right away. He has a very good manner, one of the best I’ve encountered. Maintenance is knowledgeable, capable, & very respectful. Hillside Manor is by far the best place to live in Orrville.
If the option to give this property no stars…I would. That being said…the units are nice and great priced. However, the couple of people I was in contact with on 2 different occasions has been unpleasant. The first was a couple years ago but I assume that person is no longer with them. The 2nd was more recently…around October 2024. My son and I lost our apartment due to a fire in our building at Sharp Stone. Once able to…I contacted Hilltop to ask for availability. Been here for a little over a year and it has been great. The property manager Chris is always responsive and answers any questions I have. The on site maintenance does a great job getting things done in a timely manner as well.
We've lived at Hilltop for 8 years. The office manager is very responsive with questions and maintenance requests. There has been some transition between 2018/19 and now, but even the property owner has provided excellent service when I reached out. The newest manager is working to improve and update the common areas of the buildings and property too. Our 2 bedroom apartment is comfortable for 2 people. And cats are allowed which was a drawing point for us. Overall we've enjoyed living here thus far.
