As a new tenant i am impressed with the apartment s cleanliness , brand new appliances,, flooring and ac unit promply installed. on site mgmt. person Jessica White handles paperwork / application dkcuments better than ANY person ive sren in the business . Ms. White has in my opinion unparalleled competence and ability, Daily challenges to her position are handled with aplomb and courtesy. i am very pleased with all re: my vert nice new place to live. walter York. new tenant
I've lived here for 8 years and have never had a major problem with management, staff or other tenants. Apartments are nice and there are washers and dryers on floors 2, 4 and 6, trash chute on every floor, building has stairs or an elevator, large community room and mail room with lounge areas in each plus tv, DVD, Blu Ray players. Fully equipped kitchen. EDIT: Kitchen is no longer fully equipped, very few people utilize the lounge areas anymore, the vibe of the building has become hostile and worrisome.
