Great management company manages all issues on time and with great quality.
I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Hilltop Management while searching for an apartment for a friend. Despite knowing that they had availability in a building where my other friend lives, I repeatedly tried to contact them with no success. They never answered our calls or returned any messages, which left us feeling ignored and unimportant. I started living in an apt of theirs in Elizabeth, NJ and was one of the very first people in that building. Every-time you needed something fixed no one would ever do so. They just send someone to look at it and then they never come back. Now that I finally moved from this place, it has been a pain to get in contact with someone to get my deposit back. Mind you I left this apartment spotless compared to how it was given to me with construction debris and wood shavings every where. I want my deposit back!
