I like Hilltop Mall. It's gotten old but still tries hard. Now that I'm an elder and cannot drive but am in walking distance, I depend on the mall. I think they would get more customers if it were easier to walk there: ask the city to put in more sidewalks, crosswalks, stop signs or signals. Ask the owner to put in walkways from street to mall entrances, so that pedestrians can cross the vast acres of parking lot safely. At Christmas the decorations were so lovely! I once loved hilltop. It was filled with people! From old folks to youngsters, families even went to the mall together. Now even if I need to go there as a last result, I run in and run out. I don't even look around. So sad. Let's step it up hilltop. And I cnt even do zero stars smh
